- Engage in debt collection or skip tracing for debt recovery purposes
- Conduct background checks or employment screening
- Determine eligibility for credit, insurance, or housing in violation of the FCRA
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute skip trace data to third parties
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or its data sources
- Upload fraudulent, stolen, or illegally obtained data
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
4. Compliance with Telemarketing Laws
If you use phone numbers obtained through the Service for outreach, you are solely responsible for compliance with:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Telemarketing Sales Rule
- National and state Do-Not-Call registries
- State-specific telemarketing and cold-calling regulations
5. Data Security Requirements
You must maintain reasonable security measures to protect data obtained through the Service, including:
- Restricting access to authorized personnel only
- Using secure storage and transmission methods
- Promptly deleting data that is no longer needed
- Reporting any data breaches to us immediately
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and investigate potential violations of this AUP. Violations may result in:

- Permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities when appropriate
